We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Platform / Ops Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on keeping our MuleSoft integrations and APIs running smoothly in production, while driving automation to reduce manual effort.
What You’ll Do
Own the operation, stability, and automation of the MuleSoft platform in cloud and hybrid environments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, on-prem)
Automate deployments, configuration, environment promotion, and rollbacks
Operate and optimize Runtime Fabric / CloudHub (scaling, performance tuning, capacity planning)
Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, logging, and SLAs
Lead production incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventative automation
Create self-healing mechanisms (retry, reprocessing, failure handling)
Enforce platform standards for security, runtime configuration, and operational readiness
Support 24x7 production environments and participate in on-call rotation
What You’ll Need
Leadership--Proven experience leading projects or teams; ability to communicate technical debt to non-technical stakeholders.
7+ years in integration, middleware, platform engineering, or DevOps
Hands-on ownership of MuleSoft production environments
Strong experience with CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience operating Runtime Fabric and/or CloudHub
Deep understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management
Strong Linux skills and scripting/automation experience
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
MuleSoft development experience sufficient to support and review integrations (not API-only)

The starting pay range for this position is:
$132,600.00 - $176,900.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
