We're seeking a skilled and passionate MuleSoft Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be a crucial player in designing, developing, and maintaining the robust integrations that will be embedded directly within our commercial offering. What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and secure MuleSoft integrations that will be core components of our commercial product.
  • Focus on user-centric integration design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience within our product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with product requirements and enhance client experiences.
  • Analyze complex system requirements, translating them into effective integration solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term project sustainability.
  • Proactively monitor integration performance within our product, identify and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, reliability, and the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and implement robust unit testing and deployment strategies within our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the integration space to continually enhance our product's capabilities.

What experience and skills you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including both REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade integrations.
  • Deep understanding of API design principles and API-led connectivity approaches.
  • Experience with building and maintaining robotic process automations.
  • Proficiency in development tools like Anypoint Studio, Postman, and Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a client-focused mindset.

The best candidates also have the following:

  • MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer - MCD).
  • Experience integrating with IDPs, HRIS, ERP, CRMs, and other major SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
  • Strong background in CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Understanding of cloud-based deployment models.
