Work Experience Programme Overview

Our work experience programme will take place from 21 July to 25 July 2025.  It is designed to give students a broad, practical introduction to global finance and will help them make an informed decision about their future. Our programme offers the opportunity to:

• Explore diverse business areas and roles within a bank
• Gain hands-on experience through job shadowing
• Cultivate key employability skills such CV writing & interviewing techniques

Entry requirements

The programme is tailored for individuals in Year 12 and 13, with a keen interest in financial services.

Applications for the 2025 programme will close on 13 April 2025.  For this programme, we will contact candidates after the closing date.
