What Will You be Doing?
- Generate new sales opportunities by applying lead generation methodologies to engage small and medium businesses.
- Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads and appointments passed to the sales team through proactive phone and email prospecting.
- Follow up promptly on marketing-generated inquiries, qualifying leads for our services.
- Nurture leads through the sales process until qualified prospects are identified.
- Conduct thorough research on target SMBs to develop effective prospecting lists.
- Qualify prospects and arrange sales appointments, preparing for client interactions through online research.
- Document all activities and interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
- Manage the prospect pipeline efficiently to maximize results.
- Create and execute various outbound call campaigns targeting specific verticals or events.
- Support channel sales efforts as needed and maintain strong communication with the sales team.
- Engage in heavy phone prospecting to set qualified appointments and uncover new business opportunities.
What You Bring with You?
- Previous sales or lead generation B2B experience; experience in the small business sector is a plus.
- Strong phone prospecting and marketing skills with the ability to creatively reach prospects, identify decision-makers, and handle objections professionally.
- Proficient in maintaining CRM data and sharing best practices; committed to continuous improvement and clear reporting to management.
- Ability to proactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline to meet objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations in driving pipeline growth.
- Strong ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Compensation Structure for the Position
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $30,000 – 50,000 USD per year with a commission structure.
