Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive early-stage growth and expand our footprint.
- Build, manage and optimize a strong sales pipeline to exceed revenue goals and fuel scaling efforts.
- Using GoHighLevel (CRM), create and manage outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding needs and positioning our solutions for a long-term impact.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress and business development results to continually refine the approach.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the MSP and IT services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships roles, preferably within an MSP, IT services or technology solutions company
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM
- Experience assisting with email marketing campaigns
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel for tradeshows and networking events
