Author control implementation statements, perform vulnerability scans, produce risk-based reports, assist remediation, enforce RMF-compliant controls, and collaborate with customer security teams to translate policy into operational procedures.

Drive new business growth for an MSP focused on CMMC compliance: build and manage a sales pipeline, run outreach campaigns in GoHighLevel, support email marketing, represent the company at events, cultivate client relationships, and track sales metrics to refine approach.

Lead and deliver managed IT services and cybersecurity for a local government client. Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows servers, networking, endpoint infrastructure, SIEM/EDR, backups, DR, and hardware lifecycle. Provide technical leadership for Help Desk tiers, resolve complex escalations, monitor performance and security, manage onboarding/offboarding, vendor relationships, and develop technology roadmaps while mentoring junior staff and coordinating onsite support.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for Windows workstations, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Active Directory, and Intune-managed endpoints. Perform deployments, patching, vulnerability remediation, user administration, troubleshooting, backups, documentation, and assist senior staff with upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity/compliance activities (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171). Occasional travel to customer sites (1-2 trips/year).
