Job Description
Project – the aim you’ll have
Our client provides Secure Manage IT Services in the BeNeLux market and is one of the largest providers of cloud infrastructure to the government sector in Netherlands. You will be supporting our partner in handling ongoing requests from their customers regarding Linux platforms and automation.
Position – how you’ll contribute
Support of IT systems
Incident analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving
Access management
Patch management, OS and application updates and upgrades
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participating in the preparation and implementation of new projects
Contribute during design and implementation of new projects
Work closely with our colleagues in Netherlands
Expectations – the experience you need
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Linux system administrator or engineer
Proficiency in Configuration Management, using Ansible or Puppet driven automation
Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python
Experience with virtualization platforms like VMWare, OpenStack
Very Good knowledge of RHEL Linux distributions family
Basic network knowledge
Working knowledge of monitoring solutions based on Prometheus stack
Experience troubleshooting systems
Additional skills – the edge you have
Experience using Satellite/Katello
Knowledge or experience with Kubernetes (K8S, K3S, Rancher)
Knowledge or experience with certificate storage and management
