Digital and Supply Excellence Manager (f/m/x)

Lead the delivery of YOY financial and KPI improvements through the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of a sustainable Lean Operating System at the manufacturing site. And Drive the Digital agenda transformation on site. Lead the readiness, execution and maturity of Mars Supply Excellence initiative at the site and in conjunction with network support team. Drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement. Develop and coach leaders to lead the site under the Lean Operating System using defined tools and methods driving continuous improvement activities and results. Lead the Site Training Resources to ensure training compliance to regulatory and safety requirements and build functional capability at each site organizational level as the business requires.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the continued implementation of the Mars Supply Excellence Operating System by fostering readiness and maturity with the pillar structure (standardized work, FMOS, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement).
- Lead, teach and coach associates at all levels lean thinking/principles, tools, systems and metrics.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure a capable and coordinated TPM/MSE based continuous improvement journey.
- Partner with the Technical & Reliability Leaders to ensure the ongoing seamless integration of TPM activities into the Lean Operating System.
- Partner with the Regional Training Manager to ensure the ongoing execution of training standards and utilization of supporting tools.
- Lead and drive the Digital agenda of the site.
- Drive Lean training and implementation of a Lean toolkit.
- Facilitate and train others to facilitate kaizen events to achieve improvement, transfer knowledge, and engage team members and leaders in activities supporting the lean transformation.
What are we looking for?
- Significant professional experience in driving Supply Excellence agenda in FMCG industry.
- MA in engineering/ technical field.
- Very strong business process change management skills and experience.
- Lean implementation/facilitation skills – 5 years desired.
- Strong, practical knowledge of TPM.
- Knowledge of internal manufacturing and major business processes.
- Multi-functional experience/Broad perspective.
- Experience managing teams: indirect and direct/ exempt and non-exempt.
- Great collaboration, communication and ability to drive vision and purpose.
- Fluent communication in Polish and English.
