About The Position
As the Downstream Workstream Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful transfer and implementation of downstream processes into our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will lead a cross-functional technical team composed of subject matter experts (SMEs) from various disciplines, forming the backbone of our Tech Transfer core teams. With a solid understanding of each discipline's contribution to the project and interfaces within the project, your leadership will ensure project progress and execution is on track and according to plan. Key responsibilities include acting as the representative of the downstream workstream at core team level, leading and facilitating meetings with both internal stakeholders and customers, planning team deliverables, creating and ensuring adherence to timelines, document creation oversight, and identifying and managing risks.

Required Qualifications:
Strong customer acumen with excellent customer relations skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive team deliverables
Background in protein purification and experience with large-scale downstream process transfers
Independent working style and ability to lead cross-functional groups
Proficiency in both technical insight and project management
Competent in using project planning software tools
Preferred Qualifications:
MS with 7 years’ experience or BA/BS with 9+ years relevant experience in the Biotech / Biopharma industry
Experience in biopharmaceuticals or biotechnology industry
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in digital tools and technologies enhancing process efficiency
