Job Description:

For the Johnson & Johnson site of Borgo San Michele – Latina, we are looking for a candidate to join the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) department for a fixed term assignment of 6 months.

Scope of activities

The fixed term employee will support the following activities:

  • Support to New Product Introduction (NPI) and Manufacturing Data Science projects

  • Support in the preparation and issuance of related documentation (protocols and reports)

  • Support in the identification of continuous improvement projects within MSAT

  • Support to the MSAT NPI / Data Science team in coordinating manufacturing departments and other functions for the execution of validation activities

  • Support in the management of non-conformances and change requests

  • Support in the coordination of project activities related to validations and other shop floor activities

  • Collaboration with other functions in the definition of equipment recipes

  • Support in the management of pipeline activities (PPV, code creation, etc.)

  • Support in the analysis of process, analytical and PAT data

Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in scientific disciplines such as Engineering, CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology

Experience and skills
Good analytical and statistical skills
Good communication skills and a strong team-working attitude
Proficiency in the Italian language
Strong motivation to learn in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
Fluent English

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€29,800.00 - €48,530.00
