Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Level 2 Fault Management: Direct responsibility for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
  • Proactive Monitoring (PS Core): Ability to actively observe and identify potential problems within the Packet Switched Core domain.
  • Swift Fault Resolution (PS Core): Capability to quickly address and resolve faults to minimize service disruption.
  • General PS Core Technologies Expertise: Essential foundational knowledge of Packet Switched Core network architectures and protocols.
  • 24x7 Operational Support Capability: Willingness and ability to provide continuous support to maintain network availability.
     

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Expertise in Huawei PS Core Equipment: Specific knowledge and experience with Huawei's PS Core vendor technologies.
  • Expertise in ZTE PS Core Equipment: Specific knowledge and experience with ZTE's PS Core vendor technologies.
  • Network Stability and Performance Assurance: Demonstrated ability to contribute to and ensure the overall stability and optimal performance of critical network services.
