The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and map them to Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities.
System Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash and Bank Management) based on business requirements.
Solution Design: Design functional solutions to address business needs and ensure seamless integration with other modules.
Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the project.
Testing & Documentation: Develop test scripts, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare functional documentation for configurations and solutions.
User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in the transition to Dynamics 365 Finance.
System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and clients to ensure the system meets business needs and deliverables are met.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all configurations and implementations adhere to industry standards, legal compliance, and best practices in financial management.
Who You Are
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Finance, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance solutions in a full project lifecycle.
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
Microsoft Dynamics D365 Fundamentals (ERP) and D365 Finance Functional consultant Associate
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with data migration, reporting, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Finance.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and its integration with Dynamics 365 Finance.
Knowledge of financial accounting practices and industry standards.
