Position Purpose
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Main accountabilities - you will:
• Ensure Technical Authority Support Activities• Ensure Incident Management by solving incidents in the agreed SLA• Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management• Assist with Problem Management and Change Management• Involved in Life Cycle Management activities (upgrades)• Engagement with Product Design team• Support in project activities• Participate in the creation/updating and improving of the procedures and the Technical Instructions• On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
Technical Skills
You are/you have
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) • Minimum 5 years' experience of operations in a Telecom NOC environment • E2E Knowledge of 5G architecture (SA and NSA) and protocols• Working experience with 5G network elements: AMF, SMF, UPF, AUSF, NSSF, PCF, UDM• Packet Core Network knowledge: SGSN-MME, EPG (SGW/PGW), DSC, WMG, SAPC (PCRF), AAA/DNS, PCC, PCG• IMS Network knowledge: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRS, DNS, ENUM, VOLTE, VOWIFI, SRVCC• Radio Access Network knowledge in 4G/5G: Baseband, Indoor Radio Unit, Radio Dot, Micro/Macro Radio, AIR• Subscriber management knowledge: HLR, HSS, UDR, provisioning• Understanding of Mobile Networks 4G/5G network protocol stacks and troubleshooting• Knowledge of NFVI and Cloud Native• Knowledge of IP Interworking• Experience of using protocol analyzers for 4G/5G signaling
