Position: Crib Attendant

Location: Grover, NC

Job Type: On-site

Reports to: Facility Manager

Department: North American Operations

Position Purpose: Maintenance of industrial or manufacturing equipment as outlined within the scope of work.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
  • Works safely at all times.
  • Ordering spare parts for equipment and MRO items
  • Stocking or putting parts in the correct location.
  • Entering parts received into database.
  • Working with vendors for best pricing.
  • Closing all Maintenance and facility workorders and P.M.s in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Receiving production breakdown calls. Dispatching Maintenance to the call. Entering location, problem, time of call. Enter all information when the job is completed into the CMMS.
  • Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by supervision or management.
  • Capable of working from and understanding equipment manuals, specifications, and BOM's (Bill of Materials).
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Knowledge of CMMS Maintenance system.
  • Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
  • All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Position Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • Ability to work alone
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Computer experience words, office, excel.

 

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:

 

  • Required to talk and/or hear in an office and industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
  • Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.

Skills Required
