We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire an MRO Supervisor to lead the tracking,

organization, procurement, and strategic management of equipment spare parts

and raw materials within our high-volume solar module manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between maintenance, engineering, and

corporate procurement to minimize manufacturing downtime, optimize stock

levels, and build resilient vendor partnerships. Beyond managing physical stock,

you will drive procurement strategy, identify and vet new suppliers, and expand

inventory controls to include critical raw materials. You will be responsible for

overseeing our inventory management systems, driving continuous process

improvements, and managing a small inventory and stockroom team.

What You'll Do

Procurement & Vendor Management: Main partner for corporate

procurement to drive the end-to-end purchasing process; actively scout,

evaluate, and onboard new vendors to secure competitive pricing, ensure

material quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Expanded Inventory Oversight: Oversee inventory levels for both

equipment spare parts and production raw materials, ensuring continuous

availability to prevent costly manufacturing lines down.

Audit & Accuracy: Lead regular cycle-counting programs and annual

physical inventory audits to ensure 100% data accuracy between physical

stock and the ERP/inventory management system.

Process Optimization: Design, implement, and audit advanced inventory

control processes and storage strategies to improve traceability,

organization, and warehouse delivery speeds.

Data Analysis & Forecasting: Track and analyze material usage trends,

vendor lead times, and stock levels to generate routine reporting and

support predictive forecasting for engineering, maintenance, and finance

teams.

  • Inventory management for equipment spare parts and production raw materials
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Experience leading cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
  • Data analysis and forecasting of material usage, lead times, and stock levels
