Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with qualified MRO suppliers who can meet FII’s quality, delivery, and cost requirements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with facility, engineering, operations, and finance to anticipate demand and align procurement strategy.
- Develop data-driven reports using excel to support strategic decision-making by leadership
- Maintain historical cost database to support accurate budgeting and benchmarking
- Facilitate preparation and administration of RFx activities by gathering scope, requirements, and cost data from project teams
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews, resolve delivery or quality issues, and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal controls, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Generate regular reports on MRO spend, supplier performance, savings, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support FII’s continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process streamlining, and supplier consolidation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in MRO, construction engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
- Experience working with SAP systems in a high-volume manufacturing context.
- Experience coordinating and supporting RFx processes, including drafting documentation, managing stakeholder input, and tracking vendor submissions.
- Solid knowledge of MRO categories, supply market trends, and industrial maintenance requirements.
- Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and compliance regulations affecting MRO items.

Salary range: 70,000 - 90,000
