Job Summary
Responds to internal customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. Responsible for conducting and improving front and back-end accounting processes between UFP MRO, our ERP system, and national vendors. Ensures pricing discrepancies are identified and communicated to management. Responsible for data entry, issuing customer credits, reconciling invoicing issues, preparing and issuing invoices, coordinating with different inter-company departments, and assisting with inventory counts.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for processing and managing online orders across multiple supplier sites and UFP’s internal ERP System

Responsible for handling/coordinating customer returns

Assists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunities

Creates purchase orders, receives in inventory, and processes invoices

Responsible for entering invoices, sales orders, and credits
-
Responsible for working with Accounts Payable and Account Receivable to resolve issues

Prepares various reports and maintains records as required.

Performs other duties as required.
Job Specifications
Knowledge
-
Minimum of one year of invoicing, administrative, or customer service experience
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations

Strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.
