As an MRI Technologist you will be responsible for operating a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies and train additional MRI staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Selects appropriate imaging techniques via operator's console and peripheral hardware
  • Maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff
  • Enters and monitors patient data
  • Image exams in a way as to accurately demonstrate required patient anatomy
  • Trains additional MRI staff and MRI support staff
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of MRI procedures and protocols
  • Assists receptionist in scheduling patient exams as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • ARMRIT or ARRT-MRI eligible
  • Current Magnetic Resonance Imaging license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to complete BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • 2+ years of successful work within a Radiology Department of similar complexity to the Clinic's in the role of a dedicated MRI Technologist
  • Thorough knowledge of human anatomy, positioning, and MRI exam protocols
  • Ability to work with this schedule 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday through Friday

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
