主要职责
拟订医药产品推广计划和方案;
向医务人员传递医药产品相关信息;
协助医务人员合理使用本企业医药产品;
收集、反馈药品临床使用情况及医院需求信息。
医学代表可通过下列形式开展学术推广等活动:
在医疗机构当面与医务人员和药事人员沟通;
举办学术会议、讲座;
提供学术资料;
通过互联网或者电话会议沟通;
医疗机构同意的其他形式。
个人发展:
根据医学代表 (MR) 能力描述中的要求,培养能力,提高效率
确定自我完善的方向,并与地区经理 (DSM) 探讨发展需求
践行阿斯利康的价值观,培养秉承道德与合规的可持续发展的思维和行动
积极参与公司内部业务会议、产品与业务培训和活动
工作要求和胜任能力
大专或大专以上学历;医学、药学、生物,化学等相关专业的优先;
一年以上医药行业的相关经验优先;
有较强的学习能力和敬业精神;
良好的人际沟通能力和协作能力;
具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力;
入职后能办理招商银行信用卡的资格(通过报销的业务费用必须使用商务信用卡)
