Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the end-to-end, modern software growth strategy for MR that aligns with care pathways, product platforms, and long-term SaaS/recurring revenue goals.
  • Embed user feedback, clinical insights, and market trends into the digital product lifecycle, championing a customer centric approach.
  • Ensure every new software product introduction (NPI) is grounded in customer and patient value—not just features.
  • Identify and integrate new software acquisition opportunities that complement our portfolio and expand our impact—with a clear focus on delivering value to patients, providers, and customers.
  • Ensure integrations are seamless and enhance the overall experience for users and care teams.
  • Champion a unified, end-to-end workflow—from planning to visualization—that simplifies the MR experience.
  • Drive subscription-based models that offer flexibility, predictability, and ongoing value to our customers.
  • Deliver key medium-term innovations and identify, plan and launch the next generation of MR digital innovations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, commercial, central software and IT, product and operations teams to ensure cohesive architecture, solution interoperability and execution.
  • Dramatically improve MR business profitability by focusing on what matters most: better outcomes, smarter tools, and meaningful experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, software, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in healthcare, medtech, software, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in software product leadership, preferably in healthcare or imaging technologies.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated success in strategy development, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution.
  • A track record of leading software product strategy and execution—ideally in healthcare or imaging.
  • Experience with SaaS models, subscription enablement, and inorganic growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • MR domain expertise
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills: plain and clear communicator, truth teller, influencer – not a politician
  • Strategic thinking – ability to synthesize information to insights and turn it into actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and problem solve across a complex matrix
  • Previous experience in regulated medical device company
  • Lean trained with experience in applying lean to solve business challenges
  • Collaborative leader who can influence across R&D, product, and commercial teams.
  • A passion for solving real problems for real people—patients, clinicians, and customers.
