Job title: オンコロジーMR（関西営業所/京滋担当）

・サノフィ製品の適正使用推進のための情報提供

・個人の販売計画の達成

・営業所の販売計画達成への貢献

・自身のテリトリーにおける市場分析/課題抽出/戦略の策定＆実行

・オムニチャネル活動の実践

・顧客とのコミュニケーションによるエンゲージメントの向上

・ナレッジシェアによる組織貢献

・営業経験３年以上

・オンコロジー（血液領域だと尚可）領域の営業経験がある

・KOL/AOLの所属する担当施設の経験や、スピーカー育成の経験がある

・医療従事者及び患者さんに貢献したいという強い意思と、その視点を持ち合わせている

・自ら考え、テリトリー分析/戦略立案/実行/振り返りを、積極的に、実践/継続ができる

・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等）

・基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル： Word、Excel、PowerPoint

・運転免許証（原則）

・MR認定証（原則）

・現時点では不問だが、英語に対する学習意欲を有し研鑽できる人

・多様なコミュニケーションチャネルを使いこなせる

・ナレッジシェアによる組織貢献

・学術知識習得等、自己研鑽に意欲的である

・社内外問わず、周囲と円滑なコミュニケーションができる

・自ら営業所＆営業部に情報発信し、組織貢献ができる
