MPGS Technical Account Manager
Overview
As a Technical Account Manager for Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, you will manage all technological and operational customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical, systems, and operational matters related to the Payment Gateway.
You will develop effective working relationships across internal delivery teams, such as the customer support, product, and business teams. By proactively understanding the customer's technology infrastructure and leveraging internal data assets, you will identify opportunities and foster close collaboration with business teams during pre-sales, technical solution development, and both technical and operational reviews.
The Role:
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers who are planning to integrate with Payment Gateway• Assist customers with end-to-end Payment Gateway integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products• Address and resolve customer incidents, production issues, or any technical inquiries• Keep customers updated on rule changes, new products, tools, and services related to Payment Gateway• Conduct regular technical and operational reviews with customers regarding Payment Gateway performance• Ensure thorough customer understanding of regulatory requirements, Mastercard mandates, and industry standards• Work with sales and business teams to convert leads and opportunities into onboarding initiatives
All About You:
• Fluency in English and ideally Portuguese and Spanish• Bachelor Degree. • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.• Experience in the Payment Industry• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.• A curious mindset with a desire to learn and apply new knowledge to the role.• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to our customers
