About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites spirited candidates to fill the dynamic role of MPBN SME. Overall responsible for MPBN deliverables in Circle. Handling all MPBN activities in the Circle, typical activities are Design, NPI, corrective and preventive maintenance but also network changes that requires physical intervention. Over all In charge of MPBN operation
You will:
• Responsible for SLA adherence with interface departments and customer • Responsible for Managed Services Delivery of MPBN Network in circle• End-to-End closure of MPBN issues in Circle• Ensure that FM/PC/MPBN/GNOC team Comply to processes, procedure to provide world class network availability and reliability. • Responsible for all MPBN Planned Work activities. • Customer Satisfaction & CSI Score• KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty• Manage day to day Maintenance of all MPBN system • Scheduling and reviewing all planned work (change Request) across the Network • Coordinate with TSG(Technical support group) for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling. Coordinate with GSDC (BO, FO, CM) ,D&P and MSIP(National team interfacing customer central office) for effective O&M operations and effective functioning of network. • Maintain effective technical support staff for MPBN, and management of MPBN Engineering and Operations team. • Manage all the activities with allocated resources (man &machine) with the best utilization • Advise Service Delivery Manager to improve Service Performance and contractual obligations • Regulate all operational expenses • Vender management • Spare management • PM management and control • Interaction with BTSOL, ABTS and others for Media related work.
The Skills You Bring
• Successful track record and strong background in large-scale IP MPBN network operational organisations.• Knowledge & hands on experience on Router/Switch/Firewall & PC nodes configuration• Knowledge & hands on experience on Router/Switch/Firewall & PC nodes hardware• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work in a matrix organisation with a split between line and functional responsibility.• Ability to adapt to the local cultural requirements, and able to function in India.• Good behavior in interface with customers, subcontractors and customer accounts.
Telecom Engineer with extensive experience in /Operation/Optimization of IP/MPBN networks.
