Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedules and completes small campus moves.
- Loads and unloads furniture and related materials on and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and ropes are used to prevent damage.
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of special events throughout the University, Included but not limited to tables, chairs, podiums and stage setup & teardown.
- Assists with surplus moves as needed.
- Ensure proper care in the use of maintenance of equipment and supplies, as well as promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Maintains complete records for work performed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of appropriate experience
