Position Overview:
The Mountain Manager will oversee all on-mountain operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality conditions for guests and staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to build and mentor a strong operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily mountain operations, including lifts, grooming, and snowmaking
  • Lead, train, and grow a skilled mountain operations team
  • Play a key role in the implementation and operation of the new snowmaking system
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across all departments
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to improve terrain quality and guest experience
