Job Specifications
- Expected Pay Range: $16-$19 /hr
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Seasonal, 9:00 am-7:00 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to, stabilize, and transport guest injuries on property, on trails, and at base activities
- Interface with Fire / Ambulance crews on patient transfers as governed by local and county EMS protocols
- Monitor trails regularly to look for hazards and determine what maintenance is required
- Trail maintenance such as raking, shoveling, and occasional use of chainsaw and pickaxe
- Perform basic bicycle maintenance such as changing flat tires, brake adjustments, and proper inspection of bikes for safety
- Other mountain ops duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- OEC/EMT (or higher certification) with patient care experience
- Prior ski or bike patrol experience preferred
- Intermediate mountain biking ability at minimum
- Valid US driver’s license
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Able to withstand inclement weather conditions such as rain, snow, and heat over 80° for extended periods
- Comfortable operating off-road vehicles such as ATV/UTV on trails and mountain roads
- Must be available for at least 1 shift per week
