What You’ll Do:- Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories
- Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements
- Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing
- Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
