What You'll Do
- Create static and animated assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for different ad platforms.
- Ideate/conceptualise and develop creative work that aligns with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Stay on top of trends and conduct research to develop compelling creative treatments, storyboards, and visuals.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to brainstorm and produce high-impact creative that drives marketing performance.
- Design with purpose, always considering target audience, brand consistency, and user experience.
What We Seek
- Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design or motion/visual content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your capabilities in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video shooting and editing.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
- Video production skillset is required, including camera work, lighting, and sound.
- Proactive, self-driven, and excited about making ideas better.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback and changes.
