The Opportunity:

Are you someone who lives and breathes animation and video creation? Do you find inspiration in the latest video trends and the endless creative possibilities of motion design? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Join our team and indulge your passion by creating your own animations and videos, where your creativity knows no bounds.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing video projects, storyboards, and layouts for various motion graphic videos, demos and productions. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in conceptualizing projects, providing valuable video production insights and expertise to ensure the success of each dynamic visual storytelling endeavor.

Your Mission:

  • Design and produce videos starting from storyboards, graphics, editing, and audio (from concept to final delivery)
  • Create graphics, motion graphics, and animations in 2D
  • Manage and edit footage, color grading, compositing for post production
  • Conduct sound selection and sound mixing
  • Simplify complex technical information into engaging visual storytelling
  • Strong technical understanding of video codecs, sound mixing and file specifications
  • Manage time efficiently and see through multiple projects
  • Work with external production companies, and advise on our post production and video guidelines

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of related interactive design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Animation, Graphic Design or related field
  • Knowledge in the use of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrate video skills and the principles of animation with a portfolio or reel showcasing your latest work.
  • High competency with Adobe CC, Davinci Resolve or similar
  • Understanding of basic After Effects scripting
  • Strong design skills for screen, multi screen and large-format content
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motion, motivation and continuity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Can work in a team environment across big projects or individually on small ones

Nice to have: 

  • Strong understanding of social media and digital video consumption
  • 3D modeling animating skills 
  • Good drawing and illustration skills are a plus
