You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director of Video as well as Sales, Planning, and Marketing teams on cutting-edge pitches and high-impact campaigns from concept to launch. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver visually compelling recommendations supported by strategic rationale are a must.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in motion graphic design, interactive animation, and digital ad creation. Applicants should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Primary Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality motion graphics and video assets for use across mobile, desktop, CTV, and DOOH platforms.
Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Account Management, Planning, Marketing, Sales) to develop impactful video content.
Manage asset gathering, cleanup, optimization, and design support for creative pitches and campaigns.
Maintain a high standard of quality assurance (QA) for all creative assets.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously, setting accurate delivery timelines, communicating progress, and maintaining exceptional quality.
Ensure all deliverables are visually polished, consistent with brand aesthetics, and aligned with performance objectives.
Contribute feedback to improve workflows, processes, and overall creative output.
Work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, deadlines, and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
Foster a team-first mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, innovative creative environment.
3+ years of professional motion graphics experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with expertise in After Effects.
Proficiency in video editing; experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
Solid understanding of editing workflows, video formats, codecs, and frame rates.
Strong visual design, motion, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in digital advertising design, particularly motion-based media; prior work on high-profile ad campaigns for major brands or agencies is a plus.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to clearly present ideas and solutions.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with 3D motion design; proficiency in Cinema4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus.
Experience with programming or scripting; proficiency in languages such as JavaScript or ExtendScript is a plus.
Knowledge of UI animation and web-based motion graphics.
Familiarity with sound design or audio editing tools.
