Key Responsibilities
Create visually engaging static creatives, motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and short-form videos for digital channels.
Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into effective visual communication.
Design assets for social media, performance marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Produce motion graphics, animated advertisements, product demonstrations, explainer videos, and branded content.
Edit video content and integrate motion design, typography, transitions, sound, and visual effects.
Create storyboards, style frames, and creative treatments for video and animation projects.
Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative output.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.
Requirements
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Creative Design, Video Editing, or a related role.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video content, GIFs, digital ads, and static creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related Creative Suite applications.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating content for social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Ability to conceptualise ideas and independently execute projects from brief to final delivery.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time management and project organisation skills.
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
AI & Emerging Technology Skills
Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design, animation, video production, and content generation workflows.
Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Veo, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready creative outputs while maintaining brand quality and consistency.
Understanding of prompt creation, AI-assisted video generation, image generation, and creative automation workflows.
Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
Knowledge of basic sound design and video production workflows.
Experience working in a marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, eCommerce, or consumer brand environment.
