Job Description Summary
Sprinklr is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Motion Graphic Designer for the Creative Team in Marketing. As a motion designer in the Creative Team, you will be a creative thought-partner with a strong design background and collaborate as a part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever- changing environment. You will work with multiple marketing verticals, and creative partners to design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction.
The primary duty of the Senior Motion Designer is to create outstanding visual content for both clients and internal stakeholders. The designer is involved in every stage of the design process, from developing ideas and storyboards to animating, designing graphics, and producing the final output. The designer's work encompasses a wide range of mediums, such as web videos, animated shorts, trailers, product demos, digital signage, videos and GIFs for social, and high-definition video post- production.
You will be working closely with a team of motion and video designers, writers, graphic designers, and videographers, supporting the team in digital and web design projects. You’ll participate in creative briefs, build timelines, ensure all deadlines are met, communicate with stake holders and can conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning, present creative concepts and ideas. You will help to create and design animated videos, case studies, product explainer videos, live action films, and digital content for various digital media such as websites, social media content, and other digital interactive content. You’ll leverage existing video and motion templates, create fresh designs, and apply concepts of good motion to make the most compelling video assets and bring the latest trends in motion design, technical and system trends into the team.
What You'll Do

Distil, decode and deconstruct creative briefs into visual concepts

Storyboard, design, animate and create standout design and animations across formats and platforms

Work in a multi-disciplinary team with fellow digital and motion designers, writers, editors, videographers and a client services team

Generate and pitch great ideas / concepts that are on strategy and adhere to company’s visual and brand guidelines

Determine which media and design elements to use to support concepts and tell compelling stories along with other fellow designers.

Independently execute approved concepts on time, on budget and to a high standard

Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery, including that of junior design colleagues

Collaborate, document and communicate proactively throughout the work cycle

Review content, incorporate feedback and ensure work meets quality standards

Demonstrate a learning mindset and stretch the boundaries of the craft each day, sharing trends and formats with colleagues

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

3 - 5+ years motion graphic, video editing and animation experience preferably from a B2Bbackground
-
A strong portfolio demonstrating your motion design expertise

A creative point of view beyond execution and editing. You're ready to concept, ideate and find solutions to various creative problems

Extensive knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of 3D animation software

Knack for music, sound effects and timing

Deep channel expertise. You know what works for Web, Social, and Campaigns. You're able to concept and develop video creative that works across all platforms.

Ability to function autonomously, meeting deadlines and managing details with ease

Ability to welcome creative feedback from a variety of stakeholders

You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
