We’re looking for a hands-on Motion Designer to join Wildlife’s Marketing Art team in São Paulo, Brazil.

This role is focused on producing performance creatives at scale, turning campaign needs into fast, relevant, and effective visual outputs.

As a Motion Designer, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and Creative Producers, responding quickly to campaign demands and transforming direction into concrete creative deliveries. Your day-to-day is about building, adapting, and iterating creatives, making quick creative decisions, and keeping production moving as priorities evolve. The role is execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on speed, volume, and creative relevance.

 What you'll do
  • Produce and deliver high-volume marketing creatives aligned with campaign needs and priorities.
  • Build, adapt, and iterate visual assets quickly, turning direction into concrete creative outputs.
  • Prototype new creative approaches and variations to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and Creative Producers to align on needs, timing, and execution.
  • Make fast creative decisions to keep production moving as priorities shift.
  • Reuse, combine, and adapt existing assets to maximize speed and output.
  • Apply learnings from past campaigns and market references to inform creative execution.
  • Use available tools, including AI, to streamline production and scale creative delivery.
  • Maintain a strong standard of craft while working under tight timelines.
 What you'll need
  • Practical knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic to intermediate motion work and adaptations.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing fundamentals, including timing, pacing, and visual clarity.
  • Basic knowledge of image editing and asset preparation using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Ability to work with existing assets, templates, and references to produce multiple creative variations.
  • Strong interest and hands-on experience using AI tools available in the market to produce visual assets and accelerate creative production.
  • Strong comfort working with short turnaround times and frequently shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, test, and adopt new tools, workflows, and AI solutions as they emerge.
  • Ability to make quick execution decisions and move work forward independently.
  • Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with PMMs, Creative Producers, and other creative partners.
