Position Overview

As a Motion Designer at SiGMA, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating visual content that enhances the impact of our campaigns, events, and video productions. You will work closely with video editors, producers, marketers, and our in-house creative team to execute high-quality animated visuals that reflect the SiGMA brand globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for iGaming Academy courses, event openers, explainers, interviews, product showcases, social media, and advertising.
• Develop animation templates and brand packages for scalable content creation.
• Collaborate with the creative and video team to bring visual storytelling ideas to life through animation.
• Create graphic assets such as lower thirds, animated infographics, transitions, and kinetic typography.
• Maintain brand consistency across all animation work.
• Contribute to the ideation and pitch process for new content and campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets for live events, digital campaigns, and client deliverables.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years experience in motion design, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Cinema4D or Blender is a strong plus.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp eye for design, pacing, and detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A creative thinker who is also solutions-focused and reliable with execution.
• Understanding of digital content formats and trends across YouTube, social media, and event production.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D motion graphics and rendering.
• Sound design awareness or basic audio editing skills.
• Familiarity with brand identity systems and campaign rollouts.
• Experience creating animated content for live events or LED walls.
