Motion Designer

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion / Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role,

you’ll create high-quality static designs, motion graphics, AI and live-action videos that align with our brand,

marketing goals, and storytelling vision.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, video creators, and marketing stakeholders to bring compelling

ideas to life across campaigns, digital channels, and products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, motion, AI, and visual

storytelling, and is eager to contribute to a growing brand with ambitious creative goals.

What You'll Do

● Create visually engaging static designs, motion graphics, and AI/live-action videos across digital

platforms.

● Incorporate typography, visual effects, sound design, and lighting techniques to enhance the impact

and engagement of content.

● Maintain a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering work on schedule.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and refine outputs to

achieve the desired creative vision.

● Work closely with the marketing team to understand business objectives, campaign goals, and the

overall marketing pipeline.

● Stay current with industry trends, continuously improve skills, and explore emerging AI workflows

and creative technologies.

Core Design Skills

● Strong aesthetic sense with a solid understanding of visual, motion, and video editing principles.

● Ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

Tools

● Proficiency in Adobe suite, Figma, and LottieFiles.

● Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, and similar

platforms.

Advanced / Bonus Skills

● Knowledge of Rive, Spline, Cinema 4D, or Blender is an added advantage (or a willingness to

learn them).

● Interest in working across multiple disciplines, including print, visual, website, video editing, and

animation.

● Eagerness to experiment with and apply new AI workflows in real-world projects.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain the rationale behind design

decisions.

● Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly to achieve the best possible outcomes.
