Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth
We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success.
Today, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €50 billion in assets under management, a testament to the scale and trust we've built in just a few years.
We are looking for a mid-level Motion Designer to help us drive our fast-paced motion output.This is a crucial, production-focused role, where you will independently execute briefs within an established motion language.
The role is designed with progression in mind. Joining our motion department, you will step into a well structured environment with defined systems, organized files, and clear review gates rather than having to absorb conventions by osmosis.
What you’ll doApply the motion language: Bring established concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and high execution quality across all touchpoints.
Support main campaigns: Partner with the wider creative team to execute major campaigns on track.
Produce social media content: Create social media assets at a steady, reliable pace.
Adapt and localize: Re-master deliverables across formats and placements, and localize animations for global markets.
Navigate the review process: Take every deliverable through the craft review gate and turn review notes around efficiently.
Maintain system standards: Work inside the established file organization, naming conventions, and motion systems from day one.
You will work primarily in After Effects, use Cinema 4D within our Redshift render pipeline for 3D, and rely on Figma for product and design handoffs.
These are the things you cannot do the job without:
Solid animation fundamentals: Timing, easing, weight, follow-through.
Core software: Advanced proficiency in After Effects, with a solid working knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift.
Supporting toolkit:
Premiere Pro for sound design passes and rough cuts;
Illustrator and Photoshop for asset preparation and cleanup;
Figma knowledge for working with product and design handoffs.
Design fundamentals: Strong typography, color, and composition skills to ensure resizes and localizations maintain full design integrity.
Organized handoff habits: Clean project files, consistent naming, and strict versioning, so any teammate can open your scene and seamlessly continue the work.
Receiving feedback well: The role sits behind a craft review gate, so iterating quickly and without friction matters as much as raw skill.
We will train or work around these, but they are a genuine plus:
Emerging motion tools: Rive, Cavalry, or Spline: interactive and procedural motion tools that extend the range of what the team can deliver.
Effective problem-solving with current LLMs: writing custom After Effects expressions and scripts, debugging, generating starting points, and unblocking technical questions independently.
Strong habits for scene and render optimization.
Challenges that will help you grow and realise your potential
Opportunity to make a big Impact
Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal
An environment where nothing is set in stone
Appreciation for your talent and ideas
Generous remuneration package including annual bonuses
Excellent social benefits package, including private health insurance, sports card and 25 days of paid vacation per year
Delicious treats and a spacious game room
