Main responsibilities:
You'll partner closely with our Creative teams to expand and build upon creative concepts and ideas, delivering the best possible creative solution in motion. You will need to be able to evolve and adjust your style to work across different brands.
You must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is highly organised with ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Motion design and videography are fast-moving industries, so you will need the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest software updates, industry practices & design trends
You will need to maintain a positive and solution focused attitude. We consider ourselves as revolutionary creative problem solvers and this needs to be brought to the forefront of everything we do.
This role will be predominantly 2D motion design based, however there will be projects that involve editing a lot of too.
Your Experience and skills
- Expert After Effects and Premiere Pro are essential
- Superb art direction, animation and motion design experience
- Conceptual thinking and able to bring ideas to the creative process
- Proven track record of being able to deliver and identify high-level animation and motion design
- Reliable, with excellent time keeping and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong design and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
Ideal candidates will have
- Being open to direction and able to embrace change
- Ability to storyboard
- Passion for motion graphics and film
- An understanding of sound design
* Fluent English required
