We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to mentor, guide, and take ownership of the motion design team.
You will be guiding the team to execute end-to-end marketing assets and take a meaningful part in multidisciplinary teams as the motion design expert.
You’ll join our Design team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.About the role
About The Role:
- Lead your team to excellence in practice, production, and execution with attention to corporate and functional strategies as well as design vision
- Be a design promoter that leads the culture and encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization
- Hire and guide quality Design talent
- Collaborate with the different marketing teams to develop high-end marketing assets
- Handle team assignments and performance issues
- Be a strategic partner, working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years in leading a design team of at least 5 designers
- 7+ years of professional experience in motion design
- Strong leadership and social skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the marketing world and understanding of how design impacts marketing strategies
- High level of written and spoken English
