SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Motion Ai- Sr Clerical to support our team. This position will require a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

JOB DUTIES

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and memos.

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Order office and janitorial supplies and maintain inventory.

  • Support staff with special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain current hotel contracts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The role may require occasional lifting of office supplies and extended periods of sitting.

COMPANY INFORMATION:

Motion offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.

Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

  • Pay: $23.28 - $29.11/ hour
