This is an Order management role that is responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after-action review.
Job Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills: Mid-Level
- English advanced level. C1-C2 (Proficient User).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proactivity, willingness to learn on your own and think out of the box.
- Analysis & troubleshooting skills: Attention to detail, this role requires a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
Technical Skills: Mid-Level
- Advanced Excel skill. Able to manage complex reports, pivot tables, formulas.
- Power-BI and Knime basic/intermediate knowledge is nice to have.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Automation and development, utilizing tools to streamline processes.
- Data-driven approach for trend analysis, utilizing analytics to drive operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
