Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Mortgage Specialist to join our Global Operations team.
In this role, your daily routine will consist of high-volume data entry, accurately processing, indexing, and verifying critical mortgage documentation while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance and production metrics.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Execute High-Volume Data Entry: Dedicate 60%–90% of the role to performing efficient and precise data entry, including preparing, scanning, indexing, and auditing mortgage loan files to meet daily production deliverables.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with internal operations teams, quality control specialists, and external clients to resolve document discrepancies and achieve seamless workflow outcomes.
Maintain Compliance Standards: Ensure all document handling and data entry strictly align with Iron Mountain organizational standards, financial regulations, and client confidentiality policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, document custody, or heavy data entry within a goal-oriented, production-based environment.
Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of data entry protocols, alphanumeric typing, and standard mortgage documentation with a high degree of processing accuracy.
Core Abilities: Proven ability to maintain focus during repetitive data entry tasks, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Pay Rate: $17hr, Temp - To - Perm (No Benefits to Start)
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Must be available for overtime)
Location: 2322 French Settlement Road, Dallas, TX 75212.
