Join Mr. Cooper Group – the largest mortgage servicer in the country. We have a trillion-dollar mortgage servicing portfolio and approaching 6 million customers. Our Loan Officers are consistently receiving the most, and highest quality inbound leads in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews and hires staff.
• Manages day to day activities of the sales staff.
• Holds regular meetings with the sales staff, reviewing sales strategies, best practices, new products and product enhancements.
• Develops strategy for building and maintaining account base, utilizing effective sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly performance standards.
• Achieve monthly call queue performance standards.
• Enhance loan agent sales, customer service and technical skills.
• Monitor agent originations, fundings and loan conversion percentages performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas.
• Weekly meetings informing staff of expectations and weekly/monthly goals.
• Weekly training, covering new products and procedure changes.
• Daily meetings with Director/VP’s.
• Sales Team pipeline management.
• Ensures that sales staff is following company policies and procedures.
• Assistance with daily tasks such as DU/LP.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have two years of management experience in the mortgage banking industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of mortgage banking sales experience is preferred.
