Essential Duties:

1. Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
3. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
4. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
5. Greeting customers
6. Meeting with customers, taking application and pulling credit when LO is not available.
7. Complete items on Processing Flow sheet, including ordering the following; tax transcripts, flood cert, insurance, USPS search, appraisal, Patriot Act, VOD, VOE, VOR, FHA Case #, LPD/GSAs, loan payoff, Rapid Reporting, MERS, survey, and final inspection.
8. Work directly with LO, and when LO is unavailable, take phone calls, answer mortgage questions or questions on specific files.
9. Call realtors with questions that arise on specific files.
10. Act as replacement to LO when he/she is out for extended or short periods of time.
11. Set appointments or confirm appointments on refinances / purchases.
12. Manage files before, during, and after closing.
13. Assist or prepare Adverse Actions as needed.
14. File/manage closed files. Box these files up for storage.
15. Post closing follow-up.
16. Write Thank You notes and Christmas cards.
17. Scan files.
18. Exchange information with Realtors, Title Companies, and buyers to get file ready for the Processor.
19. Research and resolve delinquent appraisal issues.
20. Scan appraisal bills and other invoices to be paid.
21. Order any necessary VA documents, as needed.
