- Ensure all loan files meet internal standards and compliance guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain consistent quality control across all lending activity
- Review and audit loan files to ensure they are in compliance with the lending guidelines and are error free
- Help track and clear post - closing items in a timely basis
- Assist other DFS members in coordinating settlements with title companies and borrower
- Ensure all Loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services, LLC Standards
- Maintain all loan files and informing upper management of any files that are about to be or currently out of compliance
- Assist with reviewing executed documentation for funding authorization as this is a responsibility the team helps support f and when the funder is absent
- Review borrower financials, document pertinent information, provide recommended approval amounts and talk intelligently about the borrower
- 3+ years of professional experience within the lending or mortgage industry
- Previous experience in loan quality control, file auditing, or compliance review
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, including a willingness to ask questions and conduct research when needed
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve results, take ownership, and grow professionally
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally by phone and in person
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Sound judgment and the ability to identify, document, and escalate potential compliance concerns appropriately
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality standards
- Previous experience using AI-powered tools is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and incorporate new AI technologies into daily workflow

Skills Required
- 3+ years of professional experience within the lending or mortgage industry
