Manage foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO activities for defaulted business-purpose loans across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate outside counsel, vendors, brokers, title agents, and internal stakeholders; track legal timelines, oversee property preservation, establish REO pricing, manage listings and closings, maintain audit-ready records, ensure compliance, and report pipeline status and risks to leadership.

Manage post-closing loan file completion: track and clear exceptions, obtain and log trailing documents, organize loan files, prepare assignments, deliver documentation to custodians and secondary buyers, ensure compliance, collaborate with loan processing, and use AI tools to improve workflows.

Manage a portfolio of at-risk, delinquent, and defaulted real estate loans through underwriting-level financial and construction analysis, loss mitigation, and workout/foreclosure execution. Lead borrower and guarantor communications, identify fraud or documentation discrepancies, track portfolio trends, and recommend underwriting and servicing improvements. Leverage AI tools to accelerate document review and reporting and present clear recommendations to leadership.
