The Role
We're looking
for an experienced Senior Loan Processor who knows how to keep loan
files moving and doesn't let details slip through the cracks.
You will manage
loan applications from initial assessment all the way through to settlement,
ensuring every file is accurate, compliant, and progressing smoothly through
the pipeline.

comfortable handling complex applications, liaising with lenders, and managing
multiple files at once, you'll fit right in.
What You'll
Do
- Manage a pipeline of loan applications from
assessment through to settlement
- Review, prepare, and verify loan documentation to
ensure completeness and accuracy
- Process residential, refinance, self-employed,
trust, and asset finance applications
- Run servicing calculations and review valuations to
support lending outcomes
- Liaise with banks, lenders, brokers, valuers, and
other stakeholders throughout the loan journey
- Monitor application progress, satisfy lender
conditions, and follow up outstanding requirements
- Coordinate settlements and ensure all
pre-settlement requirements are completed
- Maintain accurate records and workflow updates
within CRM and loan processing systems
- Ensure all files meet compliance, documentation,
and lender requirements
- Provide regular updates to brokers and internal
stakeholders on application status
Requirements
What We're
Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of mortgage loan processing
experience
- Strong end-to-end loan processing experience
through to settlement
- Experience handling self-employed and trust
applications
- Solid understanding of servicing calculations and
valuation reviews
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes,
lender requirements, and compliance standards
- Experience liaising directly with banks and lenders
- Familiarity with Loan Market's MyCRM and ApplyOnline (AOL) is highly regarded
- Experience using workflow or pipeline management
tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational
skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
without compromising accuracy
