* Maintain department calendars and schedules
* Prepare for meetings and arrange any necessary travel
* Review invoices for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Track inventory and process supply orders
* Answer phones
* File necessary paperwork
* Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
* Responsible for assisting with light loan processing and loan file completion
* Assist loan officer with any function
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting and/or standing position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
