As an Administrative Assistant with Banner Bank you will handle incoming telephone calls and perform administrative tasks for the Mortgage Loan Office.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for answering and transferring incoming telephone calls.
- Responsible for greeting lobby customers, answering questions, and directing to appropriate department.
- Responsible for providing administrative services to division management.
- Responsible for providing support to mortgage lending staff.
- Coordinate, distribute, and respond to electronic correspondence.
- Assist in providing customer account information on the phone.
- Responsible for participating in special projects as assigned by division management.
- Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
- H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
- 4 or more years of administrative experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong ability to analyze data and define business issues.
- Ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively.
- Knowledge of office routines and elementary accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to mortgage banking.
Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $24.14 - $32.67
