Salary $19 - $35 / hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and activate monitored accounts via branch personnel and CMS
- Assist branch personnel with testing and validation of communicator signals
- Accurately generate and disseminate monitoring invoices for customers
- Provide administrative support and basic alarm operational assistance via email and phone to customers, sales teams, and branches in a professional manner
- Conduct regular monitoring and billing account audits for billing and contact information accuracy
- Ensure customer data and billing changes are timely and accurate
- Provide an above-average level of customer support in an empathic, helpful, and positive manner
- Attend Koorsen-led continuous education and training on new and existing product lines
- Demonstrate a desire for professional growth through provided developmental training
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
- Follow Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values and professionally represent Koorsen at all times
- Assist in other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Required:
- 1 + years of administrative experience in a service industry
- Pass drug and background screenings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above average proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong work ethic and the desire to work effectively as a team member as well as independently to accomplish organizational objectives
- Above average ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously navigating multiple systems/applications and phone call
- Previous industry experience in similar monitoring roles
- Previous customer service experience

- Must be able to sit for long periods
- Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions while using a computer
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
