As a Monitoring Associate, you will help our high-profile and elite clienteles all over the country protect their properties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to our clients in order to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real-time alarms
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues
- Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments, when necessary
- Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment
- Comfortable using a computer and modern technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong desire to help others
- Access to reliable transportation
Salary Description
$19.00 per hour
